Add Web Metrics To a Report

Add Web Notify metrics to the Message Report by Platform report, and save the customized version in your Personal or Group space.

What You'll Do

In this tutorial, you will:

  1. Navigate to the Message Report by Platform report in the Shared space.
  2. Select web metrics to customize in the report.
  3. Enter a name for the new report.
  4. Save the report in either your Personal or Group space.

Steps

Customize a Shared Report With Web Metrics

  1. Navigate to any report or dashboard.

  2. Click the Spaces menu icon located to the right of the gear icon in the header row of the dashboard or report, click the Shared icon in the left side of the dropdown menu, then navigate to Messages » Message Report by Platform.
  3. Click the gear icon in the header, then select Explore from Here.

  4. From the left side menu:

    • In Messaging Report User » Measures, click the rows for:

      • Web Click Rate
      • Web Clicks
      • Web Session Rate
      • Web Sessions
  5. Click the gear icon next to the Run button, and select Save as a Look.

  6. Enter a Title and Description, select the Personal or Group space, then click the Save button.
